We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and respectful individuals who enjoy helping others. A great Cozy Heart caregiver is someone who has patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.

Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with daily routines
  • Supporting meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Assisting with mobility and safety reminders
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or activities
  • Providing support for seniors living with memory challenges (Alzheimer’s and dementia support — non-medical)

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and respectful individuals who are passionate about supporting seniors and helping others live comfortably at home.

  • Compassionate and caring personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, responsible, and respectful attitude
  • Ability to provide safe and respectful non-medical care
  • Previous caregiving or home care experience is an asset
  • Background check required
  • CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
  • A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are considered an asset, especially for caregivers who provide transportation support or accompany clients to appointments and community activities
